Founder, Executive Producer

Hank Sagman is the Founder and Executive Producer of Cool Calm Creative Group.  Hank has been a Creative Director and Producer of visual marketing assets for over 15 years.  After early stints as a TV Commercial Producer at Grey Advertising and Bozell Worldwide, Hank became a TV Commercial Business Affairs consultant at Bird Bonnette Stauderman handling TV production for clients like Blistex Inc, Burroughs Wellcome and Dannon Yogurt.  After BBS, Hank went to the production side as an Executive Producer at EUE/Screen Gems, where he started Citizen Films a TV production group dedicated to the “real people” TV advertising genre.  Hank left the advertising production world in 2001 to join Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Senior Director of Multimedia.  During 8 years at Starwood Hank grew the multimedia group from 1 (himself) to 14 including many of the talented designers and producers now a part of CCCG.
