Designer - Elana Goren of Spider Ink Design The Urban Cat League is a non-profit corporation formed to give shelter to street cats in Manhattan. Their logo needed to convey the grittiness of New York's City's streets where homeless cats struggle to survive as well as the power of a few dedicated people helping the multitude of needy and homeless cats. The client was delighted with the logo design and felt that it not only captured the spirit of the work that they were doing but also made a bold graphic statement that would stand out on all their communications materials. |

Designer - Elana Goren of Spider Ink Design Brown Street Studios is a collective of independent artists working in a historic building at 1006 Brown Street in downtown Peekskill, NY. The artist group needed an image to use on marketing materials that would announce their affiliation with this locally recognized landmark. The design and colors are influenced by the WPA era partly to respect the building's history and also to harmonize with the historic Paramount Center for the Arts next door. The artists unanimously chose this design over others presented since it clearly represented their group and location in a bold, graphic way that immediately reads as an artist collective and stands out as unique as the group itself. |
